After working with RAFY, our clients begin to find out an array of skills they never knew they had. This gives them the ability to be more creative with what they do. They are able to use skills that may have been forgotten or set aside for a while. Employers can also see how these skillsets develop and grow into something new and exciting as well.

We work closely with people of all backgrounds, so that no matter what path you choose - whether it’s trying something new or going back to school -we’ll find a way to make things happen!

Disabled Individuals
No one should have to experience the struggle of finding themselves on the right path in life. We are here to help you find a job you love and are good at. Our program strives to provide people with disabilities or other impairments an opportunity they never would’ve had otherwise.
Our resources and workshops are built to highlight your abilities, not cover them up. All we ask is that you try your best and work hard - because this could very well be your golden ticket out of life’s toughest struggles.

1-on-1 Career Coaching
It can seem difficult when you’re interviewing for a job— but it doesn’t have to be. We offer one-on-one coaching and workshops so that you know exactly what to expect from the process.
When you meet our instructors, you’ll immediately feel at ease about your interview skills thanks to all of the time we spend preparing people for those moments.

Skill Workshops
Don’t let your skills stay stagnant! Attend workshops to learn new skills and get prepared for the workplace. Our workshop topics include computer skills, administrative skills, and communication skills.
If you want something more specific, don’t hesitate to ask us about it during your consultation. One-on-one discussions make it easier for us to adjust workshop content to suit what matters most.

Resume Building
Put yourself first before you even show up for the interview. You don’t want your resume just to be memorable on paper, but also share what makes you unique and successful. Your resume should sound off loudly and clearly about who you are!
Our employers and partners care about what you’re good at, what you want to learn and where you thrive most. In our resume workshops we’ll help you find the best way to introduce yourself and showcase everything that makes you qualified enough to apply.
